Day 1
 Arrival in Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel

Upon your arrival, our representatives will pick you from Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer you to your hotel. You can rest and explore the captivating and bustling sites of Kathmandu City. If you wish, you can also visit some of the famous UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Document Preparation For Expedition Permit
Document Preparation For Expedition Permit
Mt. Everest expedition requires several processes regarding permits and documentation. You even need personnel like a liaison officer and documents of garbage disposal, national park entry permit. You will have to pay a royalty to the Government of Nepal as well. But, you don’t have to worry much. We will take care of most of these things. You have to carry all necessary documents including visa approval, passport, expedition insurance, and copies of your photo.

Detailed Everest Expedition Briefing
You will meet your team members, staff, and expedition guides this day. You will get a detailed brief of your trip relating to trekking duration, meals, accommodation, acclimatization, landmarks, etc. You will get to know more about your teammates and discuss overall expedition prep. You will also enjoy a delicious dinner in the finest restaurants in the city.

This day is an extra day for the final preparation. You can check on your documentation and permits. You can pack your bags with all the necessary climbing gear. Bringing every gear from your home is not possible. So, you can rent or shop the required equipment in hubs like Thamel. This extra day is also for the safety net for any type of unexpected obstacles.

Early Flight To Lukla and Trek To Phakding
You will take an early flight to Lukla. This scenic journey will take about 30-45 minutes from Kathmandu. Along with enduring adventure, you will catch serene views of surrounding mountains and lush forested hills. Upon reaching Lukla, you’ll begin your journey. Passing by the Dudh Koshi River, you will walk towards Phakding village for a night’s stay.

Day 06-11: Arrive at Everest Base Camp
Day 06-11: Arrive at Everest Base Camp
These seven days include a long trek through numerous beautiful Sherpa settlements. You will follow the casual route to Everest Base Camp after Phakding. Thus, you will explore Namche, Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche, Pangboche. You encounter the pristine Khumbu Glacier while walking to Gorakshep. It lies in between Everest Base Camp (5360m) and Kalapatthar (5550m).

Day 12-14: Preparation and Rest Day At Everest Base Camp
Day 12-14: Preparation and Rest Day At Everest Base Camp
For the next 3-4 days, you will stay at EBC relaxing and acclimatizing. This will give you a break from a long journey and makes you ready for what’s next. You get to adapt to the local weather, altitude, and cold temperatures. You will enjoy the short hikes around the camp every day. You will explore more about the surrounding destination and local Sherpas.

Day 16-59: Everest Climbing Expedition Period
Day 16-59: Everest Climbing Expedition Period
So, here comes the days of your ultimate dream; your greatest adventure of life. With zero doubts, these days are going to be hard. You will have to face various and unexpected obstacles. You will climb the most difficult sections, cross crevasses, and tackle ice rides en route. Eventually, you will get to the top of this mighty climb after crossing a total of four camps. Enjoy the rare panoramic views of the entire Khumbu region and soaring mountains.

Day 60-62: Retracing Your Steps Back To Lukla
Day 60-62: Retracing Your Steps Back To Lukla
Now, you will prepare for climbing down. You should be careful while doing so as it is even more challenging than ascending. You will be retracing your paths. First, you’ll climb down to Gorakshep. Then, following the same route, you will be back to Lukla. The main perk of this part is you get to catch up to places you missed before. Enjoy the delightful scenery and celebrate your accomplishment with your teammates at Lukla.
Day 10
Day 63-64: Flight Back To Kathmandu

Depending on weather conditions, you will take your flight from Lukla. You should plan for a few extra days. Flight in Lukla can get irregular at times. Upon arriving at Kathmandu, you will get back to your hotel. You are free to enjoy and explore around. If you wish to do anything else, we can help you out.

With the end of your trip, this is your final day in Kathmandu. Our airport representatives will drop you back at the airport according to your flight timing.
